Jeff Hardy Pleads Guilty to Drug Charges, Gets Jail Time

TNA star Jeff Hardy was sentenced today to 10 days in jail 30 months of probation and a $100 000 fine after pleading guilty to three felony drug charges; intent to distribute a controlled substance and one count of conspiracy to traffic a compound containing opium. Hardy is also subject to 30 months of probation. 

Hardy was  arrested on September 11, 2009 on a number of charges including trafficking in opium by possession possession of cocaine maintaining a dwelling for keeping and selling controlled substances. A plea deal was reached and some charges were dropped on the agreement that Hardy remain in a  drug abuse treatment program.
