Update: WWE Developmental Talent Not Released-Details Inside

It was reported yesterday that WWE developmental talent Brett DiBiase, the brother of SmackDown Superstar Ted DiBiase, had been released from his contract.
WrestlingNewsSource.com has since learned that DiBiase has, in fact, NOT been released, as he worked this week's FCW show in the role of a referee.
As of this writing, DiBiase has not been added to the talent page of the FCW website.
